Burning Bush Kochia Seeds
Burning Bush Seeds (Kochia Trichophylla) Annual
Other names; Fireweed, Summer Cypress
Open Pollinated, Non-GMO,
Minimum 20 seeds per package
Attractive ornamental plant grown from seeds, this feathery bush is pale green in the summer, but then transforms to an intense red in the fall. Burning Bush is symmetrical and oval in form and makes an outstanding foliage plant.
For areas with a long growing season, the plant can be started directly outdoors in a prepared seed bed. Grow in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun.
The Burning Bush is truly one of a kind and brings a great addition to the flower garden. It reaches 28 inches in height and looks great when grown as a hedge along the border or in groups of 3 for focal interest.
For earlier plants, start the seeds indoors. Grow in loam-based potting compost in full light with good ventilation. Water freely in growth, sparingly in the winter. Transplant outdoors after danger of frost has passed. Plant in full sun.
