Early, large, long pepper of heavy yielding habit, medium sized plant. The variety thrives in the cooler summer weather and yields crisp bells, green ripening to red, right up until frost.
Full-figured, uniform fruits are excellent for stuffing or fresh eating and have a great, sweet flavor. This stock originated from Fedco Seeds in Waterville, Maine. 70 days from transplant.
Improved for a higher percentage of blocky, thick-walled, early ripening peppers each with three to four lobes. Known for its ability to produce good sized peppers in short, cool seasons. Strong plants support heavy yields.
