Mammoth Melting Sugar Peas are one of the largest varieties of snow peas that you can grow. Mammoth Melting Sugar Peas require a trellis due to their size, and their pods are approximately 4-5 inches long. The plants produce the largest and prettiest white flowers. You could even put these flowers into a vase. Pods are sweet and tender. Mammoth Melting Sugar is wilt resistant, but it most successful in cooler temperatures.

It does not transplant well so it is best to direct sow the seeds into the garden about 4 – 6 weeks before your last frost or when the soil reaches above 40 degrees.
