Heirloom Clemson Spineless Okra, Open Pollinated, Non-GMO
25 seeds per package.

These heat-loving plants produce dark green, grooved, straight pods with a full-bodied flavor that okra lovers find utterly delectable.

I plant this variety every year and every year it produces heavily and has such beautiful flowers, the pollinators love it.

To enjoy more tender okra, pick the okra when it's roughly 3" long. This variety of okra is a heavy producer that can be picked regularly.

Flavor: Meaty with great flavor.
Plant Type: Vegetable
Grows Best In: Full Sun
Days to Germination: 12-14 Days
Days to Maturity: 58 Days
Planting Depth: .75"

Seed Spacing: Sow two Organic Clemson Spineless #80 Okra seeds every 18" in a row. Thin to one okra plant every 18" when seedlings are 2" tall.

Instructions: Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before your last frost or sow seeds directly in your garden in full sun after all danger of frost and the ground is warm.

Suggestions: Pick pods when they become 3"-4" long. If they are allowed to become mature, plants will stop producing. Although, I must say last year I decided not to take out my Okra plants until December. I was amazed how they kept producing even when there was a chill in the air every evening. My plants would produce then stop for about a week and then BAM produce more all the way to our first real cold snap in December.
