Common Thyme Herb Seeds (Thymus vulgaris), Ground Cover

Aromatic leaves season meats, poultry, stews, sauces, soups and dressings and makes an excellent herbal tea.
Thyme is one of the most widely used culinary and medicinal herbs. It is commonly grown as a decorative and functional plant in many home gardens, and bees use its pollen to make delectable honey when the thyme plant is in bloom. It is easy to grow and adaptable to most soils and climatic conditions and is perennial in USDA zone 5-8. Start early indoors.
Excellent herb to use fresh or dried. I use it often in my homemade soups, to season meats, veggies, herbal tea and is great in scrambled eggs.
Full Sun
Days To Maturity: 180-200 days
Life Cycle: Perennial zone 5 - 8
Height : 6-12 inches, ground cover.
Depth: 1/8” - ¼” deep, keep soil lightly moist until germination.
Once the plant is established it does not need much attention and it does not like to be watered too often either. Thyme does well in the garden, or in a container. It loves full sun!
